This place is nice once you walk in but Beware its not what it seems to be. Alot of famous people use to live here like Coach Thompson (georgetown coach),Mike Tyson(heavy weight champion) and James V kimsey ( AOL Founder), but this building is falling apart and so is the staff. Like philip Plamer he's a piece of ---- and a racist, you know he refers to white people as Crackers, and pigs, and talk about them behind there back then have lunch with them. He's a piece of work. Carol Botkin, that fat ----- needs to go on a serious low-carb diet! Betty thanks she runs that place and Philip, and carol is just using her as there own personal slave, and ronald is a dumb ass. The only person there who has any sense what-so ever is the Chief Engineer Dennis ,this place is a piece of ----.Water Leaks galour, old convectors, NO amenties but a small gym that always occupied, and a party room that has hard seats that outdated.The Board Of Directors need to fire the whole crew and start off fresh!!!!!Dont Spend a nickle in the place you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!

I've lived in my condo in The Atrium for about a year. I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The gym is small but hardly used (except peak times, i.e., after work). The gym is actually about to be renovated and have new equipment purchased for it. There is also a hot tub in the gym. The building is pretty quiet, and people keep mostly to themselves. I haven't had any plumbing problems (or other problems) since moving into my unit about a year ago. The Atrium is about 2 1/2 blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station. The grocery store (Safeway) is less than a 5 minute walk away from the building. You should definitely check out the Atrium.
