I've lived in my condo in The Atrium for about a year. I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The gym is small but hardly used (except peak times, i.e., after work). The gym is actually about to be renovated and have new equipment purchased for it. There is also a hot tub in the gym. The building is pretty quiet, and people keep mostly to themselves. I haven't had any plumbing problems (or other problems) since moving into my unit about a year ago. The Atrium is about 2 1/2 blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station. The grocery store (Safeway) is less than a 5 minute walk away from the building. Parking is available in an underground garage. Guest parking requires getting a guest parking pass from the concierge (easily obtained). You should definitely check out the Atrium.
