This is a great place with a great location. It will be even better (and the prices will go up, too) once the other high-rise buildings in Rosslyn come up in the next 1.5 years. The staff is friendly and the residents are kind to one another. The pool and the small gym are great, and never seem to be crowded. I've lived in this building for 4 years, and never really had any complaints. Admittedly, the staff and bulding maintainence people sometimes "take their time" in responding to your inquiries. But as my friend, who is a structural engineer put it, "they really don't make buildings this well anymore...full, solid concrete with glass elevator would cost a fortune to build today". However, some units (inside appliances, etc.) are updated and very modern, while some haven't been updated since construction.
