Don't rent/buy a place in the Atrium if the unit faces the back of the building. The noise of trash pick-up at 6am is a nightmare. Ugh! How people sleep through that racket is beyond me! Management should move trash pickup to another location on the property, maybe to the garage. The walls are like cardboard. You can hear the neighbors all too well. One college neighbor would blast his stereo at 3am and wouldn't stop even when politely asked. I'd say many Georgetown college kids are in the Atrium. Also, the Atrium is under a flight path from National Airport, so you constantly hear loud jets flying overhead, but this is true of all apartments in Rosslyn. I rented a unit during the late 1990s, but I bet my $900 rent from 1999 is now closer to an outrageously high price.

The person who wrote this clearly did not live in the atrium. It is probably someone who is pissed that they got rejected when trying to rent here. All other posts are glowing with praise, why isn't this one?
