I've lived here for four months. True, there is airplane noise, but it's not that often. Some of the front staff are really nice, others can't be bothered. They accept all packages and call me personally when they arrive. Linda with management is wonderful. The gym is tiny and patrons don't bring towels... a definite health violation. There is a good mix of tenants... some college students, some too snobby to return a hello. You can't beat the convenience though... metro is a 5 min walk via skywalk and connects two lines. Safeway and CVS are in our backyard. Restaurants nearby are generally ok but overpriced. Two of my neighbors smoke in their apts and the smoke leaks into the hallway into mine all the time. My place is very spacious for a one bedroom, but dated kitchen and I swear has the original toilet. Move-in and move-out fees and rules are a bit ridiculous.
