I would think twice about moving into AVALON. There are some good things but they are shadowed by the fact that they are not taking care of the grounds or fixing any maintenance requests. My neighbors and I have been complaining about an access gate to enter our apartment. It has been broken for over a month. You never know when you have a guest and you can?t get into your own apartment from the street because the door won?t open from the outside.
We have complained and complained and all of our complaints have been IGNORED. I have personally called, e-mailed, and visited the management office in person to complain and they will flat out NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT it and told me ?BYE?. All of my neighbors are very upset and this problem could be easily fixed by fixing the gate and listening to our concerns. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they can?t fix a gate think about your heat or air if it broke!
