I don't know what happened to the other people who wrote these reviews, but their experiences are far different from mine. This is a fairly good, upscale, clean community with a couple of quirks. The trash collection system is poor, requiring us to make nightly hauls to the dumpster. The walls are thin and noise can be a problem, especially if your neighbor loves showing off his subwoofer. BUT the apartments are well-designed, solidly built, comfortably appointed, and close to DC. Management team is like anywhere else: some great, others ineeffective. I would recommend this place to others and, in fact, I have.
