The apartments themselves are ok, they are new. However, they are built cheap. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The leasing office is nothing but problems. They constantly lose maintenance requests or just ignore them altogether. They will sign for packages, but getting the package from them is another story altogether. Landscaping is poorly maintained. The bushes in my courtyard overgrew the sidewalk for 6 weeks. They do allow pets for a large non-refundable "deposit". The community is very friendly. However, the property borders an undesirable neighborhood where police visit often. Getting into the community is always a pain too. You can't come into the community from 395 North without going an extra mile to loop through a bad neighborhood. Plus, with the construction going on around the community the roads have been destroyed. I?ve lived here for two years, but have to leave now because I?m just too fed up with the management (or lack of management as the case seems to be).
