Over priced, Cockroaches and did I say over priced'

I lived in Avalon only for the location. Our ground apartment had cockroaches and bugs in the kitchen. You could tell these apartments were built fast and without a lot of care if door knobs were on straight! The parking situation on 26th is horrible. The houses and people across the street were always loud!! And as far as safety, I wouldnt walk alone if I was you! On the positive the gym was nice but not enought machines! The negatives outweighted the positives. We were sold on "luxury style" apartment community living...umm...we didnt find it for the price we paid for a 1 bedroom
