I have never dealt with a company that was so unprofessional, unorganized, and unwilling to help. You can never get anyone on the phone. It takes them a least a week to call you back. When we originally turned in our applications we signed up for a one bedroom. Our application was approved and the apartment was on hold for us to move in. They said that they had a one bedroom with loft that they would give to us at a discounted rate, if we wanted to come look at it. So we went and decided that we wanted to upgrade to the one bedroom with loft, unfortunatly they forgot we had a dog and the building that that apartment was in didn't allow dogs. They had another person without a dog moving in to the same floorplan in a building that did allow dogs, and they thought that he would switch with us. He wouldn't, so we couldn't have the loft, which we thought was fine since we still had the regular one bedroom on hold. Come to find out that the community manager approved a request by the current tenant of that apartment to stay longer. Therefore we had no apartment, and this was 2 weeks before we were supposed to move in. The only solution they could come up with was to put us in another one bedroom for one month, then move us into a loft apartment. They said that they would set up and pay for movers to move us into the second apartment. We are supposed to move into the second apartment on Saturday. I called today to find out the details of the move, and I'm told that our leasing manager was fired yesterday. They now are saying that they can't find our file. They haven't arranged for our movers. I am so irate right now! I will write again when its all over. Who knows what the outcome will be' DON'T MOVE HERE! SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE!
