Good, but expensive and the location sucks

The townhouse I stayed in was well maintained and had no real problems. The few times that problems occurred, the maintenance staff was quick to respond and very nice. They also cleared snow and ice relatively quickly. I never had a feeling that I wasn't safe in the area, and the neighbors were very friendly.
However, I did not like the location of the apartments. In order to get anywhere, you had to either take the bus to the metro (very unpredictable) or drive. Old Town, Clarendon, and Pentagon City are close, but you must drive to get to all of them. Also, without the two months free rent we recieved, I would not have lived here. It is pretty expensive for what you receive. All-in-all, I would recommend living here as long as you have a car and don't mind living outside of the city. You also get occasional helicopter noise.
