I moved in here in March of 2003. The next month I randomly happened across this website and was horrified at what I read. I posted a response, entitled "Where Do You People Live'" (it's still on here, from April of 2003), and I just want to say that two years later I stand by everything I said in that post. I have had NO PROBLEMS with this complex. In two years I have not seen one single roach, rat, gun-toting gang member, or anything else that is complained about on this site. Here's what you will see if you live here: a lot of yuppies walking their dogs while talking on their cell phones. You'll see a lot of expensive cars in the garage, mine included, which has never been broken into. You'll see perfectly lanscaped grounds, 2 lovely pools, and a kick-ass clubhouse. The only maintenance issue I ever had was right when I moved in, and it was resolved the next day. Management is professional and prompt. The units themselves are gorgeous, with really nice features that you won't find elsewhere. Don't believe the rest of the crap on this site.
