I live in a townhome in this community. I was excited about moving in, UNTIL i got here. I'm not one to care overly much about how much something costs, if it of good quality, and maintains a standard, so i shrugged off the rental price as worth it. BIG MISTAKE. The leasing staff was exceptionally helpful-BEFORE i moved in. Once i was in the door, though, it is another story. The community does look like the brochures, the resident regulations in the lease are thoroughly written, and the amenities they advertise are all there. Ah, so what's the catch' Well, that "we care, you're important" bit, ends immediately after you move in. If you plan to go to the office for anything, packages, maintainence, pest control, community issues, be prepared to receive irritated looks and attitudes from the management- except of course when they are showing potential renters around, then you get smiles and pleasant (though highly insincere)greetings. They don't enforce the community regulations, and well, if you aren't lucky enough to have respectful neighbors, well then look forward to Battle of the Bands at various wee hours and having yourself blocked in repeatedly by other cars, and that's just for starters. If you want to take advantage of the amenities they boast about (which by the way you pay about half a grand a year for), well, just know in advance, access and availability is on their schedule, not your convenience. So, if it says you can't do it in the rental agreement, they really don't care, you can get away with anything. So if you are the social deviant sort, don't be fooled by this complex's appearance, by all means, move in here, you'll fit right in.

WOW. it sounds like you have only had crappy neighbors, which unfortunately happens when you live that close to people...which can happen in ALL apartment communities!!!. The office staff has always been totally helpful in my experience of living here and access to the amenities (and believe me, compaired to communities in the area are FANTASTIC!). I feel like the person who wrote this review must be a sour person, and I am glad I don't live next door to you.
