The leasing staff is Rude, incompetent, unprofessional and slightly discriminatory.
Not only do they ignore you when you walk in... It seems as if nobody wants to help a person of color. Or maybe its because once you sign the lease they think they've got you.
The maintenance staff is minimally competent. If you need to be called back more than twice to fix the same problem and then dismiss the problem without speaking to the customer that is bad business. In addition the supervisor fancies himself slightly lower or higher than God. I really do not want these people in my home when I am not available. I just get a new toothbrush out when I know they have been in. Not the staff so much as the supervisor. The maintenance staff is cool. Se hable espanol and probably Francais. The supervisor needs to go find his true calling, since he is "too good" for the minimal amount of work he does here.
The free rides to the metro are nice, but the return ride drops you in the grass. Can't wait until the snow comes and we get to walk in the snow to the pavement.
The complex is very animal friendly but I question the safety of the locale. While walking her dog midday a friend of mine saw a guy jump over a fence and run through the community of course there was a big police sweep. She even called the leasing/front office to let them know. Did they tell the other residents' Not that I can tell. No flyers no anything, and no the police never caught the guy who abandoned his car on the highway ramp (with the door open). I saw the cops (apx 12) they had the dog (K-9) out and everything.
Its like the inner city living for suburb prices. As a single lady I would definitely check out the VA sex offenders registry before moving into any zip code in northern Va. The gym is nice when the equipment works.Today of the six treadmills only one was working and it has been like that since last week..
You need to buy an extra spot if you have more than one car. This is a good thing the parking is well lit w/ good space.
I am anonymous b/c these folks have a key to my place w/ all my worldly possessions, but their corporate office is welcome to canvass us all.
