Where do I start' Here's a laundry list of issues since I moved in late Oct. 2005: water heater conked out twice the first two weeks and they finally identified in Jan 2006 that is was a faulty valve, after three requests - I'm still not in the callbox downstairs, the apt was never really 'prepped' before I moved in yet they refuse to fix any of the stuff (black spots on the walls & carpet, etc.), very noisy upstairs neighbors, the list goes on.

I moved in last week, had some paint to touch up on my walls, and the kind maintenance man gave me an entire new can of paint and a brush for future touch up's. The staff here has always been nice, and althought I had to ask twice to be in the call box, I am in now. I would suggest contacting the management office, they have a new customer service manager who gets stuff DONE. They may even offer you something to make up for your rough beginning...you can win more bees with honey then with vinegar!
