this is the worst apt complex i've ever lived at. the mgmt staff doesn't care and neither does their corporate office. the only thing they succeed at is 'passing the buck.' nothing is ever fixed and all you get are empty promises from the office staff. the maintenance team is okay but then again - you call a different number to reach them. the office staff lies to get you in, making you believe the place is a 'luxury' complex when i reality - it is very poorly constructed, they do not care about their tenants and the neighbors are absolutely horrible (the trash upstairs likes to pour stuff through their balcony floor so that it drips into my balcony).
