The staff is extremely pretentious, and put you down while putting their own self up. They seem extremely arrogant about how "nice" their apartment is, instead of pitching it in a positive way.

Their leasing office staff (or at least, the 3 that I encountered), seem to have been hired based on how much make-up they can put on before they come to work, as opposed to how good their people skills are. They seem to have extremely minimal empathy and virtually zero "customer service" skills. I have no idea what went on in their interview process, but it must've been quite entertaining.

The apartments themselves are very small for 1 bedroom apartments, and are overpriced considering this place is nowhere close to a Metro. There are a LOT of kids, so BEWARE!

Again - the staff is the WORST part about this apartment, I'd rather have a bunch of old, non-good looking, non-make up people who know their stuff and treat you right, than this current lof of immature, untrained, and outright arrogant and pretentious staff.
