Overpriced, Absurd treatment, simply not worth it....

Besides the complete difference in deameanor of staff between potential residents and actual residents, I have found Avalon to be extremely ridiculous. Once I got my car towed from the Avalon parking lot by an over-aggressive towing company that did not view my parking tag, only to discover that I still had to pay $100 to get my car back. I complained to Avalon staff and all they could do was stare and say 'sorry'. What the hell' I am legally parked, in a parking spot I pay for and all you can say is 'Sorry'' They simply don't care! I probably could name so many instances of complete stupidity and absolute unprofessionalism. When moving into Avalon you should expect to pay on the high end for everything from amenities, to utilities, and any services needed. You will deal with unjustifiable raises in rent rates, security systems that do not work, staff that does not return calls and leasing contracts that are manipulative. The attitude of the company is very abusive and simply could care less about their tenants. STAY AWAY!!!!! In case you didn't hear me. STAY AWAY!!!!! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

This renter is right about the towing company. They must have a partnership with this agressive, greedy towing company and they are HORRIBLE!!! Make sure your car is parked in a correct parking spot and your parking tag is very visible. I believe they peruse the parking lots each night to check for cars to tow- I've seen them on one occassion do so.

I, too, have had my car towed here twice. We caught the towing company driving out of the garage with my car and stopped him to point out my parking tag. The towman became borderline violent and we almost called the police. I discussed the matter with management and their response was "all tow companies are violent."
