Does It Seems That This Area Has A Rodent Problem'

I moved here from Chicago too. I even lived on the South Side of Chicago on South Shore Drive. I had a studio apartment in the so-called ghetto and I NEVER once encountered a bug of any kind. They sprayed regularly and their was never an issue with bugs in Chicago. I now live in Alexandria, I have a roommate and she lives with these things like they are part of the family. I don't understand it. In Chiago, the housing department would be all over a management office or landlord about these roaches. By the way, be carefule of bed bugs in the carpeting too. I've never lived in your particular units. But where I live in Alexandria the bed bugs were the cause of me having to go to the emergency room here. It's just disgusting. Maybe because the majority of these people are foreigners--they don't complain and the management knows it--so they won't spend the money to have these apartments/condos/townhoses exterminated on a regular basis. The department of housing should really get a grip on this situation. It's out of hand and unacceptable if you ask me. Good luck!!
