It's Ok, but...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
We're happy with the size of our rental townhome and the attached garage (a huge plus for moving in/out). Rent is a little on the high side, and we're dreading the likely increase when our current lease expires. The walls, though are thin! I can hear the upstairs neighbors constantly, and our bedroom is directly above their very loud garage door opener (woken up every day at 5AM).
