The place has a great first impression, but after living here, you will realize how badly it is constructed! Windows have been leaking ever since I moved in, and they cannot tell me when they will fix the problem. Apparently all the buildings have leaky windows, and they have to repair them one by one. It may take anywhere from months to years to get them fixed.
Walls are thin so you can hear people talking outside, upstairs, etc.
Take your money and go somewhere else.

I submitted an entire list of complaints to the management that were not address whatsoever. It is ridiculous to pay this much for an apartment when the maintenance so poor.

I also had the leaking windows. I submitted a response and they were fixed within days. ALL of my service requests at this complex have been fixed within days. And they've all been minor things. The complex is fantastic.
