Thumbs Up From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   I've read the reviews about the cockroaches, and I have to say, I have never seen a cockroach in my apartment the entire time I have lived here. The good things about the apartment are that they are relatively new, my apartment is really big, the maintenance people come usually within 24 hours of a request, and the management is friendly. They also have a washer and dryer in the apartment, which I cannot live without anymore. Bad things: It is not near the metro (this sucks especially on the weekends, because the buses only run once an hour) and it is VERY expensive. I just asked about a one bedroom yesterday and the only one they had avilable was for $1600!!!! But, if you've got a car and lots of money, then I would recommend this place.
