not so bad

Greetings,
Lived here for 6 months and all in all it was not to bad. The staff were almost always nice to me which was a bonus. I relocated from California and they were really helpful with the move-in, over the phone and in person as well. In addition, they were helpful in giving me an idea of where to go out, get around, etc.
The apartment was also not bad considering I saw it for the first time about one hour after taking the red-eye into town. I felt like asking to chage locations, but really it was not so bad...I've been in much worse conditions. Nicely appointed place, clean, tidy and met my needs. The walls were thin which is mentioned often here, but the only noise we heard was from the woman upstairs who was...how can I put this..."vocal". Very VERY vocal at all hours or the day and night. We joked often wondering if she was a "pro" or perhaps there were other factors to consider. At any rate, it could have been worse I suppose.
The garage was nice and secure, I never had issues parking as we have one auto only. Door did not work a few times but was quickly repaired.
The 'hood was decent. Neighbors were friendly and virtually I saw no signs of problems. There is a cornerstore and drycleaners available on the main street.
Overall it was not too shabby. There are probibaly nicer places about, but this complex did the job for us. I would recomend for someone who works in the area and flies back home on the weekends (there are alot of us here as I found out!)
