I've lived here for almost 8 months and overall I've been very happy. I had about 3 cockroaches in the summer but I called maintenance and they came and sprayed my apartment twice and I didn't see any after that. The apartments are nice but the walls are pretty thin, I can hear my neighbors most of the time and it is worse if they're playing music late at night. The people who live here aren't the friendliest but the staff have been great to me overall. It is very pricey for even the smallest apartments, which I'm in, and though I'd like to stay I'll likely be leaving to find something larger for less money...which would mean outside of Arlington. The downside to the location is the noise from the main roads, and the fact that the nearest metro is about a mile away...but there is a bus that runs to it that you can take for free...but not late on the weekends. Pet friendly, yes, but extremely expensive pet fees. Overall I feel safe, the parking is great having the garage connect to your floor, the fitness center is decent, and there are 2 nice pools for the summer. I haven't had a real problem with it except the thin floors and walls.
