I have to say that I liked it here. I work in Georgetown so the commute was perfect and the place was nice. I loved the location, the maintenance service, the garage and the community. What I hated was the horrible hikes in income each year. the rent would go up around 100 each year, which seems ridiculous. Last year it went up way more than 100 so we only signed a 10 month lease(cheaper). Definitiely look around. At the end of the lease, I am moving to a place in Alexandria that is just as nice, ten minutes away with the same amenities for cheaper. A one bedroom is now 1500 here, but you can find comparable for 1200-1300 in the area. Also, they have a great package pick up system and you can pick up until 8:00pm. Very cool. Also beware of the move in special. But otherwise I loved it.

where are you moving too? It's so hard to find a good apartment in the area at a decent price.
