Management here is deceitful and poorly maintained with no parking!

The only thing good about this place is the Avalon Associate, Randy. Everyone else in that management office are rude and incosiderate, Robin, whom I'm mainly speaking of. We've been lied to, given empty promises, and when something needs to be done we have to constantly remind her of her duties. There are water leaks on the main floor, no parking spaces at night. So, if anyone gets home after 8 or 9, all the indoor tenant parking is full. Here are a few things that ARE good about avalon, apt's are bigger than competitors, Randy at the leasing office(has been very helpful with all of our apt. needs), and you know that's bout it. If you don't mind unprofessional management, loud construction across the street, wet carpet in the lobby(nasty odor), no parking, and the worst leasing office manager probably in all ov Virginia, this is definitely the place for you!
