Overall living in Avalon properties has been a great experience. I transfered from another avalon to quincy towers and the leasing staff made it a very pleasant and smooth transition. The maintenance staff is great and the management is always helpful and responsive. The only reason I would consider moving if I were to purchase a house. So I guess I'll be one of those people that has something nice to say for a change.
