I agree with 4/23/03. The only good thing about the staff that works here is Randy. He puts up with constant bitching from so many tenants. He also is the only staff member here on the weekends, when other staff members (Robin) should be there too. Robin has told me on multiple occasions that she'll be there over the weekend, and hasn't been. Robin, also to me, has been rude. She can't put in a simple maintainence request for two weeks, that Randy has settled by the end of the day.

Anyway, enough about the staff. That's really my only problem. I love my apartment. It's huge, and it has a sunroom (enclosed balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows and carpet). Security is great. Parking can sometimes be a pain with idiots who park in two spaces, but only once have I had to park somewhere else (there are places to park that aren't marked off as designated spots. If you park there, they won't tow you if you have your Quincy towers tag, they just suggest you move it in the morning). I have never had to park on the street.

Convenience. What can i say. Across the street from 24 hour IHOP and a block from Ballston mall/metro' It's not any better than this. Also, it's close to 66 and 27.

Price. Compared to similar places, this is a great deal. You don't get rates like this from other high-rises. Ballston Place, down the street, offered the same floor apartment, 200 sq. ft. smaller, with no included parking for $350 more. You can't beat the combination of price/size. Sure, it's steep, but for this area, places that are just as steep don't give you as much living space. And you basically have to live under a bridge if you want anything that resembles cheap rent.

All in all, I love my apartment, I love Quincy Towers. The only reason I'm going to move out of here is if I buy a house, or I relocate. As long as I'm renting, I'm doing it here.
