Parking is fine. Those who complain are just lazy and don't want to drive down to the 2nd level.
Either I have VERY quiet neighbors or the walls are pretty thick. The only noise I hear usually comes from the hall. Noise is not really an issue with me though.
The clothes dryer exaust is way too long and drying takes forever and a day in the tiny stacked machine. This is my biggest complaint about this place.
I recommend this place IF you don't mind paying a little extra for rent. It's higher than the Arlington average, but lower than the Ballston average.
