I have lived here for just over a year and in that time had two bikes stolen from the bike storage area in the underground (resident-only access) parking area - one thief even had the thoughfulness to bring bolt-cutters with him so he could also ruin my bike chain.

The gym is worse than usless... treadmills were always broken and now they seem to have removed one altogether after it sat there broken for about two months.

This place is being turned into for-sale condo's yet the new owners haven't even bothered to inform residents about future plans for the property which is why I'm moving. I wouldn't waste a single dime in purchasing one of these places. The walls are thin....can I just say thanks to the guy on the 10th floor who insists on playing his music at ear splitting levels every single morning from about 8am! The place is full of loud, ignorant people who can't seem to clean up after themselves or be polite. I can't wait to be shot of this place and the baseball hat and bead wearing kids of Ballston.
