Ballston Place....DON'T BE FOOLED! Seriously, it attempts...and at one time.. did..exist as an luxury high-rise property on Fairfax Drive in Arlington Virginia. Don't believe the hipe....there are too many brand new luxury buildings in North Arlington by the metro...Almost all newer than Ballston Place. In addition, almost all have newer/more advanced amenities. These amenities is what Ballston Place prides itself on. Many of as ask, how can you make residents happy' Especially when you have had..(since Ballston Place's completion '2000); 4 property managers, 3 assistant property managers, 3 leasing managers, 2 maintenance engineers, and a miriad of leasing agents.

As for the price...you pay for the "Charles E. Smith" brand name, which they haven't lived up to since Charles E. himself past away.

The building shows well, don't get me wrong. However please shop around...if you don't, you are cheating yourself! Don't get overwhelmed with the hipe/sales pitch. HONESTLY!! Ask about the statistics...Resident AND staff turnover..Take a hint from those who have lived it!!
