It seems like the only people who rate these apartments are complainers. True, some of their complaints may have merit, but those who are happy, usually don't write letters.

I lived at Ballston Place in 2002. The staff were very nice and acknowledged me whenever we crossed paths. My only complaint was that I had to use my security card to gain access when I had my hands full with packages. I felt the guy at the desk could have opened the door for me.

Sandy at the front desk is the best. She is professional and knows how treat residents. I am surprised they haven't promoted her.
