Within the two bedroom apartments there is absolutely no sound proofing. From the bedrooms you can hear every single whisper in the common areas. This is not the place to be if you're living with a roommate and don't want to hear everything single thing they do. Also, the soundproofing between apartments, while better than within the apartments, is still atrocious. You can hear your neighbors' quarrels. And walking through the hall you can hear the conversations/music in every apartment you pass. It's a nice, new building, but the noise is a serious problem. No matter how nice it looks, it's not worth it. Don't be fooled by convinving sales tour! If you are, remember to buy ear plugs.
