Nice except walls are thin

Summary:
I have had a generally good experience. My neighbors are quiet.
Negative:
There are a few noisy people on the floor. The walls are paper thin, and the early construction requires a loud fan to sleep at night. It used to be a bit nicer in that the upkeep seemed better. Lots of drafts from outside. Storage space could be better.
Positive:
In general, very clean. Nice view from higher floors. Nice pool in summer. Washer/Dryer in units. Excellent location. Parking garage is adequate. Very bright. Nice tile in kitchen. Bathroom design is excellent.
