Honest critique

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I've lived at Ballston Place for awhile now, and can honestly state the following:
Pros:
-Mike is the man.
-Sandy isn't as mean as others say she is, though she turned rather stolid when dealing with a parking situation once.
-Apartments are nicely furnished and very modern.
-Used to have a great view until they started digging the crater that is to become Quincy Plaza next door. I know this is out of the control of BP, but it's still an issue.
-Reasonable monthly rate for garage parking, though some apartments in the area offer free garage parking.
Cons:
-Some of the garage spaces are very small indeed, and it doesn't help when inconsiderate people are over the lines. This can also result in you having to park over the lines as well or risk getting your door banged, and in the former case it may appear as if you were the one who was inconsiderate if the other vehicle moves, and this may result in YOU getting towed! An $85 mistake you don't want to make.
-Very noisy as of late due to the construction of Quincy Plaza Apartments next door. That structure is going to be 21 stories too, so keep in mind that you'll be losing part of your view if you live on that side of the building. There will be some construction at the funeral home parking lot starting soon too on another (smaller) apartment building.
-High turnover rate for staff...it's almost like how they switch dealers at casinos when you're winning.
-Parking sticker nazis: they charge $200 to replace a lost or stolen parking sticker, so if you ever get a new vehicle, make sure and remove the sticker so you can take it back and get a free replacement. Kind of sucks if your car gets jacked, now you owe another $200 for a sticker! I just don't get where the $200 factors into this. It is definitely one area where they screw unsuspecting new tenants.
-Staff member Wusu is very tempermental and likes to argue with residents and flaunt his superiority. He needs to take a few classes in anger management and find a new career path.
