For what you pay here, you could at least get cinder block insulation between units to drown out the sound, but you don't... The sound between units vertically is ok though (i.e. jumping on the floor won't piss off your downstairs neighbors).
Also, you may get a sweet deal when you sign your 12mo agreement, but be prepared to see a 12% hike in your rent come renewal. This is ridiculous, especially given the *LOUD* construction next door on the forthcoming Quincy Plaza.
You deserve better for your dollar.
