Pretty good, somewhat expensive, and has some minor problems

I've lived at Ballston Place for about 18 months. My first year, rent was $1300/mo for a one bedroom; my second year, they bumped it to $1480/mo (a 14% jump). If the increases continue at this rate, I'm gone next renewal.
Overall, the complex is good: small gym, pool, game room, parking garage ($35/mo), dry cleaners and grocery on site. Some of the staff could use an attitude adjustment, but I don't deal with them that much. The maintenance staff, though, is good and friendly. Parking can be a bit tight in the garage, as well. I've been in worse places, but I can also imagine better.
