If you like having your rent increased by a lot every year, this is the place for you. The first year, I only had a $100 increase. This year, rent is going up another $310. As an added bonus, there is a new building going up next door. My view is gone, and I'm woken up Monday through Friday by noise at 6:45 a.m. Saturdays are quiet until 9:00 a.m. As another bonus, they're knocking down another building a block away - and they start at 9:00 a.m. everyday, including Sundays. If you pay even more $$$$, you'll get a view of D.C., and not as much noise. It is ridiculous, though - $310 in one year for a tiny apartment'''

The front desk staff is pretty good - Mike is really great - always friendly. Sandy is good, too - professional and nice. Wusu tends to doze off in the mornings and evenings.

It's such a nice building, but way too expensive and I miss the sleep I used to get.
