Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
They raised my rent almost 20% in one year - a year in which I lost my view due to the new building going up and was disturbed every morning at 6am due to construction. Staff is rude and incompetent: they lost packages regularly and would cancel your reservations for the freight elevator without warning. Sandy - the front desk monster - is particularly horrid.

Way, way, way too expensive for what you get. There are other places equally nice for the same money and without the staff issues.
