Ballston Place is pathetic. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment for 9 months and they charged me over $1500/month. There is a new building going up beside them and construction began at 7am EVERY morning except Sundays. In addition, it costs $7 for a parking space/per day for guests. If you have any kind of social life and rent a 1 bedroom you can't afford to have people over more than once a month. MY ADVICE = keep searching. Ballston Place is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to service with a smile.
