I have been here since the building opened and things have kept going downhill - especially since Archstone took over. Rent increases have become absurd - my rent went from 1800/month to 2400/month on my last renewal (which they gave me no time to decide on the renewal before going month to month). This used to be a great property but the management is difficult and won't work with you and the parking garage is a mess - it hasn't been cleaned since the building opened so you wash your car and a week later it is filthy. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
