Monopoly R Us

it is true that the rent is expensive and Archstone smith doesn't care to keep their tenants. Unfortunately they have a monopoly if you will in the Arlington community. Every other damn buidling is part of the Smith properties. They increase their rent and most everyone else follows. Even though there is a new building nearby, the rent has not subsided one bit. I can't wait to get the hell out next year when I qualify for a home mortgage and when the housing market cools down a little more.

Dittmar Company has a few buildings in Ballston, much easier on the wallet than Archstone/Smith.

I too can't wait to move out and into a Dittmar apartment>>Quincy Plaza or Place, whatever. I only hope that across the street still has apartments available in November.
