I have lived in Ballston Place for the past year and there are both advantages and disadvantages to the building. If you are planning on living in the building more than one year, I would not recommend living here. They raised our rent $600 and raised our parking fees. We have always paid our rent on time and were very good tenants overall. The apartments are pretty nice overall and are in a great location, but I would have to agree with a previous post that the materials used in the buildings are not of very good quality. Management can also be rude and difficult. However, the maintenance crew is always very friendly and efficient.
