I live here now and I?m moving. My apartment is infested, INFESTED with roaches. They supposedly "baited" the apartment but that did no good. I bought my own fumigators and that did no good. They just keep coming. I sacrificed quality for price (1 BR $765) and now I totally regret it. I?m going to have to repack all my stuff just to make sure I don?t pack roaches when I move again. That?s how bad it is. I noticed the problem the day after I moved in. Mgmt. had the nerve to tell me that I might be the problem because no one else in that building ever complained. Arrgghh! How could I cause a roach problem in one day' Answer: I didn?t. I also checked with another renter and she said she had the same problem when she first moved in. So on top of everything else, they lie. The kind of problem I have (I saw two this morning) developed over time and nothing was ever done about it. In addition to the nastiness of the complex, the parking situation is horrible. God forbid you come home after 7 p.m. You?ll be lucky to find parking anywhere near your building. DO NOT MOVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!

My thoughts exactly, except you forgot to say that the management staff is ------- WORTHLESS!!
