We've been living here in a one bedroom unit in barcroft for over 7 months now. Ever since the beginning we've already noticed cockroaches. I said to myself, not to worry because barcroft will take care of it. But the truth is the exterminator's visit is useless. he came one day,in the afternoon,there's roaches again..THE WHOLE PLACE IS INFESTED and they're not even interested in killing the queen to stop all this.. Last month, we bought a car,came home at nine pm. The office was already closed to we weren't able to get a sticker. but i thought, well maybe they'd see the temporary tag and reconsider towing it.. We woke up the next morning, car is gone.We called the towing company and we can just tell barcroft about it and they can bring it back. We went to the office and they were just UNHELPFUL. She's rude. it's already ok with me that we have to pay 85 for our car being towed but when i asked for a second sticker, she refused!!!! she only gave it til we insist on our point. and we were right! she seemed like she just wants to get rid of us right away so she can continue doing nothing!
by the way, closet doors are not working the way the're supposed to.
it is always hard to find a parking spot at 9pm
