Okay, it isn't that bad here...don't be fooled by all these high up there stuck up individuals. I have lived here. Yes, i've had some roaches, but its an old building..what do you expect' I have a friend living less then 2 miles away who pays more then TWICE the amount i pay (she pays $1600, me: $785) for an eff. and i get a 1 BR. Also, there are 2 laundromats (1 walking distance open till l1 and one a 4 min bus ride that is 24/7). Sure there are no dishwashers, but we were given 2 hands weren't we' About a 100% down payment, i've dealt with that while lookin around in DC and NOVA. As far as parking, don't ask me...i don't drive and there are 3 or 4 bus stops all within walking distance! However, my street seems to always have 2 or 3 when i come home at MIDNIGHT from work!
All in all, if you want a good price..come here :) The staff has always been nice to me, and the neighbors are always nice too.
