The rental manager "Christina" is very nasty and show no customer service skills along with a bad attitude. She is very short with you and very nasty on the telephone. Whoever is her supervisor need to have a good talk on send her to a class on how to provide good customer service. When you call to her about something she says to "if you don't like it you have a choice to take it on MOVE out of Barcroft". The company will lose money if she keeps up with this type of attitude.
