i AM SO glad i have the oportunity to write a review regarding this place
because i had very bad experience living there. I live there for 14 months.
when i applied and saw the place one of the blinds in the living room were dark yellow and the rest white. i told the management (before signing) that i needed those blind to be replaced.they told me in a very nice way "we can fix your problem. You just need to fill out this sheet and will be glad to change the blinds:)" once i had signed the contract they became very nasty to me and told me they could do nothing about it and told me if you don't like it, you can move out. i was pregnant at that time so i couldn't move out. i had roaches in the place and also mice. i was able to get rid of the mice on my own and for the roaches, i left before them. Now the rent is cheap especially for the first few months, once you sign the contract you are dead meat. They raise every four months. From $940(2 bed)

my rent went up to $1015 and then to $1065. they raised because of Katrina. it was so funny. They sent me a letter saying that after Katrina so many people had no houses and that they were happy to offer me a dry place (are they kidding me'). then the bad news //////Your raise is increasing to 1015. i was open mouthed.....
then the gas prices and whatever chance they have, they raise it without control.
