Cons:

1. parking is impossible and apartments come with only 1 decal
2. rats and mice
3. no central air conditioning, apartments come with only 1 window unit
4. my apartment was old and dingy
5. not the best neighborhood
6. traffic is horrible as the complex is on a major highway
7. not a place for young working professionals, more appropriate for service workers and the such

Pros:

1. price
2. lease flexibility
3. in Arlington
4. decent size apartments

"More appropriate for service workers and such"? What the hell does that mean? Why isn't a "place for young working professionals"? Because it doesn't have an attached wine and cigar bar or fake Irish pub? Get over yourself...you're not that important.

I have been here for almost 2 yrs. I am a young professional and I have had no problems. Maintenance is good, they come and fix your problem in the same day. Parking is not a problem for me. I always find one close to my apartment. However you come home around 1 or 2 in the morning then parking is a little ruff. The area is not that bad. I can walk out to the 7 eleven without getting raped or jacked. I Have never had my car messed with and its safe to me. You think the area is bad? Its not North Arlington, but I can tell you that no one gets shot or raped in the complex or even mugged.

i dont know who told you that you will not get raped i this area a lady got raped in broad day light in front of that bus stop it was even on the news. NO one speaks english its very noisy thares no parking anywhare at any time of the day big fat work truck and van parked every goddamm whare you look . this area could be nice i dont know any thing about professionals not being able to live in that area that sounds a tab bit off the wall.
