I lived here for 3 years and loved it. The apartments are huge with lots of closets. The staff is exceptionally friendly and problems are serviced immediately. The apartments are clean and well-maintained. Additionally, it's only a 10 minute walk to metro and N.Arlington nightlife at a price you can't find anywhere in NOVA (with all utilities included to boot!). There's also a bus right outside that will take you to the metro in 2 minutes if you don't feel like walking. The only problem with Barton House is getting in! There's always a wait list for an apt., but well worth the wait.
